Purpose:

A Personalized Learning Plan Scholarship is intended to financially support an educational program, internship, college course, training, or other relevant educational opportunity in order to help students reach their future vision and college career goals

PLP applicants need to demonstrate:

1. A direct link between the funded experience and future vision
2. Opportunity gained by participation in the program
3. A commitment to completing the program and to fulfilling the scholarship requirements of:
   • Attaining goals
   • Maintaining a blog
   • Crafting self-reflections
   • Writing thank you letters
